These terms apply when you use this website to book a service with Triangle Auto Works. By booking, you agree to them.
Submitting the booking form sends us a request. Your appointment isn't final until we confirm it with you by phone, text or email. Occasionally we may need to suggest a different time, or decline a request we can't safely or properly do as a mobile service.
Prices shown while you book are estimates based on the vehicle and options you selected. The final price can change if the vehicle's condition, the parts it needs or the work involved turn out to be different. Items marked "quoted on site" or "from" are priced before any work starts. We'll always tell you the price and get your OK before doing work that costs more than the estimate.
You can cancel or reschedule from the link in your confirmation email (or from your order history) up to 24 hours before your appointment. Inside 24 hours, call or text us.
You're responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has used it.
Reviews are checked before they're published. We may decline to publish, or later remove, a review that is abusive, off-topic or not about a real booking.
Discount codes have their own conditions (first-time customers only, minimum spend, expiry dates, number of uses). A code that doesn't meet its conditions when you book won't be applied.
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided as-is. Service descriptions and prices can change without notice; a change never affects a booking we've already confirmed.
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected with a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing here limits rights you have under North Carolina law that can't be waived.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
